Having a rough time this week i binged last nite and am having a hard time getting back on track. I know a lot of it is T.O.Ms fault but still doesnt make me feel much better. I will cut back on my weekend cheat meal to even out some weekly calories. I still plan to weigh in dutifully.1

I hope I don't undo everything over the weekend since those are the hardest days for me. I've upped my cardio and weight lifting so hopefully that will make a difference.

----STRUGGLING. I am on my third round of Prednisone since May 31 for poison ivy. It doesn't make me hungry so much as thirsty, depressed and mean. I have gained an inch back in my stomach and waist and just feel "heavy." Having a hard time being excited about my weight loss and change of lifestyle this week.
Sorry to be a bummer, I'm human.

I've been losing weight slowly the past few weeks, so I revisited my calories and decided to reduce them from 2200 and change to 1700 and change to see if that would get me back to losing about .5 to 1 pound a week again.1 -
