    Around 40-50lbs... (90lbs down)
    Anyone with similar goals (5'3"ish 170ish) add me... I go between losing 1 to .5lbs per week or maintaining, but don't always log my weight.

    I have no idea. Maybe like 8 lbs? I also want to be strong AF though so I'm taking my sweet old time/not actually losing weight because I'm lazy.
