I'd like to jump in on this! My personal goal is 30 lbs by September 30th so this fits well with what I am doing.

I am in, too. I've have 15.1 lbs to lose to reach my goal weight.
per trendweight, If I (continue to) lose 1.4 lbs/week of total weight, I can reach goal around September 19, 2016. I need to increase my exercise, b/c I like to eat

Meh I did really binge on the 4th of July and have been working out extra hard to make up for it. Hopefully this week will be better!
PS I've been eating a lot of sodium although my cals are under goal recently, I'm wondering if that's why the scale isn't moving much? I guess I'll try to eat less frozen meals and more salads this week and see what happens.1 -
