wow man, that's amazing... in 3 months myself i have lost 100 pounds, so i am wondering how far have you cut your calories? And how much time per day have you spent working out? personally i am doing 1h of cardio everyday and 4 times a week weight training0

Probably so -- I thought that was a lot, so peeked at his open diary. A 22 yr. old male eating around 600-700 calories a day, if his diary is accurate. So, yes, I'll bet he has.0 -

yeah but i am going to the gym everyday and severly cutting my calories, that i am actually trying to bump up by 50-100 per week now, i am just hoping i did not damage my metabolism too heavily in that time spawn0 -
