    I have been doing the 30 day shred everyday as well as staying around 1200 calories. It's a big loss so I'm thinking water weight.

    maybe if it's your first week but stay with it and it's stay off :wink: & everyloss is a good loos so congrats

    Anyone out there eating around 1320 calories? Anyone a female and tall? Anyone limited in their exercises to burn calories?
    It took me 21 days so far to lose 5 pounds. Now though I am getting a handle on this and it is becoming easier. I know what to buy and have on hand to eat.
    I will try the 20 challenge but it is very hard at 6' to eat 1200 calories. I am also not able to do rigorous exercise. I do go swimming and walk. I don't want to get frustrated on my diet. I want to be happy and satisfied that I am eating enough and can maintain this after.
    I am sticking with 1320 calories for now. By Sept. 12, it will be 2 months from now. I will be happy if I am 190 by then. That would be around 15 more pounds off and then 15 more to my end goal. It might turn out that I need to lose more. I do not know exactly how much I should weigh. I am Medium Build, Female, and a very tall 6'1".

    Yes, I a excited. I realize that this pace won't continue, but 1.2-2 pounds is fine with me. I should reach my goal of 20 pounds toward the end of August. I will begin my goal of 20 more pounds at the beginning of September.
