Am enjoying being fit, having more options when shopping for clothes and the recent reappearance of my clavicles
Okay some I'm not the only one who was stoked to start seeing her clavicles again!!

It's been a while since i've done a side by side with my original starting pic, always good to remember how far you have come! 154 starting, 122 (ish) at current, of course a working progress!!

January 1 ➡️May 3➡️July 8 (all of 2016)
⬇️41 LBS and counting !
I may not be where I want to be, but thank goodness I'm no longer where I started.
I have soooo loved looking back at photos to see my progress over the months. My butt has shrank considerably (by 4"!!!), but I'm working on replacing it with muscle (hellooooooo, squats!)

Thank you so much!
I went from a super tight size 18 jean to a size 12 jean. Size XXL shirts to Size M shirts!
As far as inches go, I've lost:
- 6" off my bust
- 5" off my waist
- 6" off my hips
- 4" off my butt
- 2" off each upper arm
- 2" off each area above the knee
- 2 " off each calf
- 3 " off each upper thigh21 -

Brief preamble: I've been SUPER disappointed in myself lately. Eating habits have been crap and gym sessions have been less and less frequent. I've gained about 20 lbs from my lightest weight last summer. I stumbled across an old photo last night and WOW, it really helped put things in perspective for me. There's about a 50 lb difference between these two photos (2012 to 2016). I'm hoping to lose another 30 or so, and I know there may be more set backs on my journey, but seeing how far I've come has snapped me back into reality

Started back on my weight loss journey in January this year. So far, I've lost 20 lbs and have a least 10-20 more to reach my final goal.

220lb. to 140lb.
You look absolutely great in your "after" picture, and I applaud your accomplishments in improved health. I know that represents a lot of work, and you should rightfully be proud. That said, I also love your heavier-self "before" picture, in your cycling gear, with your medal, your sweat, and your smile. All the parts of the path matter.37 -

218-180-161. My heaviest was ~245 but I was too chicken to take any pics then (regretting that now but what can you do?!) 20 more pounds to goal!!! I can almost say I'm in the 150s and that hasn't happened since high school!
Also, is it weird that I have no problem sharing these pictures with strangers on the internet but would probably pass out if these wound up in my Facebook?!? Lol.

I've been following this thread since page one, and I'm really excited that I can finally share my own picture!
March 2012 vs. July 2016 (yesterday actually)
200lbs vs. 148lbs! My ultimate goal is 140 but with a current bmi of 23.9 I'm calling myself a success story!
