I'm in but how do we stay in check with each other for support? Do you create a group or something? I have been on here for a couple months now but my current group of friends is slacking so I am joining other groups for support. I am going to lose 10 pounds this month, period, but I would like some support.

I was thinking the same - about the support group. .. I thought it's nice and great that we all have a goal for this month.. but it's kind of " lonely " if we only post our weigh - ins and don't have each other for encouragment, tips and support or even " venting " whatever a support group usually is for.
If you guys don't have anything against it i will start a topic for this group.. please join the conversation, the support , let's make it a " group effort "

Okay everyone this is the deal. I think it is great you created a new group for support but that was not needed. We dont only post our weights here but we also are here to provide support for each other. We are all on this journey together. No matter who little or how great the amount of weight we have to loose. We are not hear to judge each other. We are here only to support each other. I know that the group says 10 lbs a month. To be quite honest that if you loose 4 pounds a month then you are doing great. I look at it if you are not gaining you are doing great. The slower you loose the weight the more likely you are to keep it off. Everyone has access to my profile to send me a message any time. I accept all and any friendship request. I answer all emails that are sent to me. If that is not enough then I can give you my personal email or my phone number to txt me.0

Okay everyone this is just to let you know I will not be contacting everyone individual to remind them to post their weights. We have a total of 159 members now. Way to many for me to send out reminders like I did last month.. I still need starting weights for several people.0
