2) Get into the 150s and track every day until I get there.5 -

Mini goals! Love them...
1. Get out of the 170's, I'm about 1.5 pounds away. Getting to 169 will put me at 60 pounds lost!
2. Prepare for my first 5k event this Saturday! The color run!8 -
I don't really have a mini goal, but I do have a major goal that is motivating me: I want to lose weight so that when my husband and I try for our first child I will have less of a chance of being a high risk pregnancy.12

To be down 50 pounds by my anniversary on August 22nd. As of last Friday I'm still 8 pounds away. If I make my goal I'm going to reward myself with a LuLaRoe Amelia.1

1st goal is to lose ten percent of my starting weight (180). I've been fluctuating between 163-165 for the last month. So breaking that plateau and hitting 162 (aka 18lbs down) is my goal. I plan to buy a new pair of wireless headphones when I get there. They are wonderful for running and working out. I sweated so much I ruined my previous pair and hard to go back to the old iPhone buds. They fall out of my ears when I run, so I'm motivated!2

Losing the trip bloat. Gained 6 lbs in 4 days. Back 2 days and I'm down 4. Guessing I have 1 more that will come off easy and the last I will have to work for...2

Getting back to 214, at 217 right now. Then onederland after that. Sometimes the struggle can be so hard. Been to the point of giving up so many times. Keep pushing though. We'll get there.2

Started, this time, at about 215. 1st mini goal was to get under 200. Did that. Currently 196.6. Next mini goal is BMI dropping into the "Overweight" category, instead of "Obese". That happens at around 180. After that, there are some clothes in my closet I'd like to get back into. Or maybe the goal at that time will just be to get below 170. 170 is where I stalled last time, plateaued for 6 months and ultimately quit trying and regained. So, that would be big for me. That happened 2 or 3 years ago, and I started over this time in May.5

I accomplished one mini goal: was over the top cute as Matron of Honor at my sister's wedding... Size 4 dress and still wore a dressy belt to cinch the waistline a bit more.
Current mini goal is six more pounds of fat loss down to 135 before starting a lower body bulk...

Losing these next 3 pounds so I can officially say I weigh what I did when I got married 9 years ago!11

I hate working out, but I am going to conquer this. I know it is just a matter of getting into the habit of doing it. I just got a set of kettlebells, so my mini goal is to swing those babies 100 times on three of the next seven days.4
