    You look amazing - what an inspiration! And such cute outfits! Is it weird that that's one of the things I look forward to the most? Shopping for cute clothes in regular stores? Also, your meals look super delicious, which I'm sure helped! You should be very, very proud of yourself.

    finding your story today of all days couldn't be more perfect. Its my day of re-commitment and I'm off and running. thank you , keep up the great work.
    I've been maintaining my first ever 100lb loss but have more to go but i'm standing still with bad eating habits and stinkin' thinkin'. Meal prep is my slow-going road block, thanks for the pictures and there is no excuse with all of the help and resources at hand. Have a Beautiful and Blessed Day.

    You look amazing! I'm on Diabetic medicine 2,000 milligrams a day (metformin). I'm seeing a nutritionist I feel more hopeful in my weight loss. Congratulations to you. And thanks again for sharing your story.
