I have lost 11 pounds this week
Gone from 242 last friday to 231 today
After losing 44 pounds in 8 weeks of eating clean and working out my weight plateued didn't move in 2 weeks so I started looking at a couple diets intermittent fasting and carb backloading which that led me to getting this app. I've just stared carb backloading this week which includes eating some junk food and the results for me so far are crazy! Worth a look into if you are a woman with less than 30% body fat or a guy with under 20% body fat

What a great idea!! I'm so glad I checked this in time (I'm down under too!).

I am so in for this! I do better when I have accountability and a challenge. The battery in my scale died and I have yet to replace it. So my first weighin will be when I get my new battery. I usually weigh on Fridays so this works perfect! I think I am about 185. But we will see soon.3
