This is an Ab Challenge for Beginners sort of speak. The only ab move you have to do is crunches.
Just follow the directions for each day. I'll be doing the challenge right along with you. Let's challenge ourselves and strengthen our core!

Is day three 120 already?! Lol. I'm gonna do a variety of ab work instead of just crunches, so I don't get bored..2 -

Day 4-50 crunches. Feel free to switch up the ab workouts. You don't have to do just crunches if you don't want to. I figured I will do a different ab workout each week. First week crunches second bicycle crunches etc... Do what works best for you, have fun with it.1
