I got on the scale this morning.... 200. Only 1/2 pound to go. I've got a lot of physical work to do today at my new house this week so that will help get rid of that last 1/2 pound I hope.10

So today is a good day! I have finally made it to onederland!! over the past 6 weeks I have dropped a total of 16lbs, leaving me at 199.1lbs. I haven't seen onederland in at least 4 years. it's an amazing feeling, and I'm excited for everyone else to reach their goals as well!!! hopefully I am able to stay on track from here, and I will never have to take this journey again! thank you all for your support, and you will always have mine

Congratulations! That is awesome! 16 pounds in 16 weeks is great. What have you been doing to get such a great drop??
I have been giving it my all, 100% of the time! I focus more on who I want to be, and try not to look back. my friends and family have started to notice, which really is the biggest motivation to keep going right now. I workout at least 5 days a week, although I aim for 6. I push myself as hard as I can, even when I really don't feel like getting out of bed. but honestly, the biggest struggle was watching what I ate. I am constantly pushing cravings to the side. I feel like my journey is starting all over again as I push myself towards my next goal, but completing this one has given me the strength I need to keep going. I have around 55lbs to go, and I have broken it down into 5 10lb goals. hopefully that will keep me motivated!

Ive been slowly losing for just over a year. I've managed to keep it off even during my down times, so im very happy with that. Getting out of the 200's is a huge deal to me. Im super active, but struggle with food. Hope to get out of the 200's by the end of August!5 -

Presently my average daily weight loss indicates I'll get to onederland in 59 days.
I'm at about 211 today. Ten days ago I was at 208, but 7 days ago my mini vacation began and Friday was my wedding anniversary. I shall continue losing, but first I must re-lose what I gained last week.
209.8 today. I didn't have a milestone for 210. The low I had reached in this journey was 2 weeks ago at 208, so I'm still trying to figure out what I did to deserve that.0 -
