    I've quickly skimmed through all this and would side with ardita. 25g fat 0 carbs.. Why? Its OK to overshoot on protein but even on those macros it's looking excessive. If you powerlift you will probably find yourself stronger if you introduce carbs in your diet. They are your friend. Don't be scurrrrred

    Ik but I'm so sensitive to carbs my body won't cut the fat unless I stop eating them
