    August Late Night Snacking Goals Update:
    • Eat nothing after 8:30pm 26/31 nights. 1/25
    • Eat nothing after 10:30pm 5/31 nights of my choice. 1/6
    • Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

    Quick question to my group.....I am under my caloric goal ... MFP won't let me complete my diary... Gives me a page of issues when your too low in your caloric intake. Today just happened to be that type of day... Was busy. Now... It's too late to snack .... Won't have Enough time to burn it off...plus I want to maintain my challenge!! Any thoughts?

    Doing well so far...tonight my stomach is gurgling...again not enough calories but too late to eat . Would normally feed it BUT WON'T!!! Love this challenge!!!

    Some of us build in a few later nights to take account of things like working late etc.
    Eg 9pm 25/31 nights; 10pm 6/31 nights of your choice.
    You shouldn't have to go hungry, just because you have worked late, especially if you are still under goal.

    Thank you ! I so understand what you are saying and agree but at the same time eating before bed you won't have enough time to burn off the calories therefore turning into the dreaded F word! . I get it now about the goal, each have your own goals...cool. Me...no snacking after 7:30pm as I go to bed around 10:30-11.

    I'm making my cut offs 30 minutes earlier for the rest of August.
    Then in September I will do the same.

    You're definitely on the right track. You could try some fresh fruit if you are under goal. It is metabolised very quickly, and has the added advantage of adding fibre to your diet.
