Went to Under Armour for some more workout clothes, didn't think I'd find anything that fit me. Not only did stuff fit but I was able to buy shirts in a Large. I haven't been a large in at least 10 years.18

Currently 49 lbs down. Thankfully I rarely ditch clothes. Friday night movie date, trying on jeans, come across a pair that I've NEVER fit in (gift from my MIL). I'd been so used to the 26's falling off me that a SLIM fit pair of 24's was more than my brain could handle. I was convinced I was going to have a wardrobe malfunction. Took my husband 10+ minutes of coaching to get me to leave in those jeans. My brain has some catching up to do. I've also had to temporarily retire my wedding ring and resort back to my smaller engagement ring. I'm not sizing it till I'm done. That's a ways off but; one day at a time.24

For those going through plateaus.... My personal experience this time around has taught me that my pattern of losing is rather stop and go. I lose for a few weeks then hit a plateau. Several weeks go by and I'll be up and down with the same 5 lbs. I still keep going though. Sometimes I switch up my diet (like cutting out all simple carbs), upping my protein, etc. also, I examine my fitness routine, if I think I need to step it up or change something, I do. One thing I don't do is quit! But that is what I've done in the past. Eventually, as long as you're putting in the work you will lose again. My Dr. tells me my body is adjusting to a new weight and sometimes that takes time. It's normal to feel discouraged but don't let it rob you of your success.32

I have passed my longest time of keeping this up by 15 days. The other longest was 22 days. That is as far as I know though, the timeline on the news feed just says last year for anything older than 11 months. 37 days now since it is after midnight.14

I can definitely tell a change in some of my clothing! Jeans that were once "standing only" are now comfortable enough to wear all day, and a jumper that was fitted last month is now loose in the waist area13

I had to tighten the ankle straps on some sandals I had not worn since March!16

Realized I'm feeling kinda bored, down and not wanting to bother exercising g.
Still exercised and realized the problem.is lack of sleep. To fix that will be going to bed early. ..in the past I would have quit.19 -
...I woke-up hungry every day the past week. That's huge for me.18

A photographer I didn't know snapped a picture of me at my gallery reception, so didn't run it by me before putting on social media. First of all, he picked my photo (it was a group show, and I don't even know if he knew I was a participating artist) second of all, I liked it so much it is my new profile pic here (or, rather, a cropped version is... I am talkng to the curator in the original photo) Bonus: I sold most of the pieces in the show
TL;DR: I like pictures of myself now41 -
A few for me here
1. Went shopping with my MIL who is always very negative. Tried on a few things and she actually said, wow you are doing great!
2. Found a London Fog coat in a consignment shop size XL and walked out with it! My first nice work coat in years.
3. Went for my walk the other day and actually included bursts of jogging! Never thought I would do this.25 -
I can fit in my pre-pregnancy jeans. And my favorite gray jumper.19

Went grocery shopping on Sunday. At check out realized I had only 2 processed items in my grocery cart. The rest was fresh fruit/veggies and meat. Oh and a tub of ice cream for a treat now and again. 2 month ago, I would have been lucky if there was any fresh fruit/veggies or meat in it. Not only am I eating healthier, my whole family is. (I am the meal planner in the house)33
