Oops that's an increase of .2 due to TOM and practically living at the hospital! This week will be better!
At my TOM i'd take a 0.2 gain. Thats weeny mine is normally 2-3lbs!!
I generally refuse to weigh in at this time but theres not much getting around it being in a challenge :laugh:0 -
For wednesday's challenge, I've had the 8 cups of water, and my goal is to have 16 cups of water today. For the try a new recipe..well....I got this new so delicious vanilla coconut milk and I'll try to see how it tastes with my protein shake for dinner.
