It is incredible.
Though, I do have somewhat of a body dysmorphia about myself, now.
Like, I know I'm 190lb, but I still feel 300lb! I'm still doing my best to keep being healthy, and not go too extreme.

I play a lot of video games, and online MMORPGs, so I took the mindset I had for those games, and I applied that in real life.
I would put a lot of work on my characters online, and want them to be the best with their stats (STR if melee base, INT if magic base), and would work on it hard until my character was perfect to my standards.
So, I thought: Why not do that to myself in real life? Afterall, I only get one shot at life, unlike in games where you can delete and remake a character.
I'm a gamer, too. I decided that I was tired of being the fat girl behind the hot avatar. I am going for the body that my characters have on-line... Now I spend an hour of my precious gaming time at the gym every day.
It will take some work - and some time - but I am so going to do it.

It's pretty amazing. People think that video games makes people lazy, etc etc, but in reality, playing those games was exactly what helped me lose weight. Never knew that the mentality I had in games would help so much in real life.

FITNESS UPDATE!!!
I've been doing a lot of toning excercises, and I am starting to see results.
I'm between 185lb - 190lb
My loose skin isn't as bad as I thought!4 -

I just watched how much I ate, and worked out a lot. My diary is open to the public.
I must also say, that I've been doing this alone for the most part, and now I have a dietitian to help me make appropriate choices in my eating habits.
Everything is theoretical until it's applied upon yourself.

A full body picture of myself. I look so much more confident, and feel it too!
I wear medium/small in shirts now.
32x32 in pants.
I also went from a size 13 in shoes to a size 12.3 -

September 2016!!!This month, I'm going to continue tackling my loose skin, and toning. Plans for the month: - Maintain weight of 185lb - 190lb - Tone up skin, and build strength. - Worry less about calorie counting, and grow independence, and a healthier relationship with food. - Minimum of 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise a day, and/or 10K steps walking. - Minimum of 5 miles a day walking despite weather. (There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing options)8
