I'm making my cut offs 30 minutes earlier for the rest of August.
Then in September I will do the same.- Finish eating at 8.30 pm 25/31 nights. 7/25
- Finish eating at 9.30 pm 6/31 nights of my choice. 2/6
- Chose to be strong!

August Late Night Snacking Goals Update:
- Eat nothing after 8:30pm 26/31 nights. 8/25
- Eat nothing after 10:30pm 5/31 nights of my choice. 1/6
- Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

I tried to set a goal but can't do it. So I am embarrassed to post my failures as I see so many successes! I am envious of you guys who have conquered this!
How do you guys NOT snack? What do you do? Need some pointers please

When I get those LNS munchies, I get up and walk or find something else to keep me busy and drink water until the craving passes. I also try to get to bed fairly early (10pm, usually) as I find the later I stay up, the more I want to snack. I also remember I am accountable for any LNSnacking I may do the next morning when I post on this site. One thing I did find when I first started this is the longer I went without LNSnacking, the easier it got to "just say no!"3 -

Prelogging all my food in the morning. Dinner is my biggest meal. This seems to help me throughout the night. Also, I plan a snack at 6:50 before 7pm cutoff. After 7pm, especially on the weekends, coffee with skim milk and diet iced tea helps.5 -
I'm new to this program. I'm type 2 diabetic and trying to keep my A1C under control. My huge down fall is the Late Night Snack! Bad habit!!!! I hope this will be helpful.
