A couple. I ran, not jogged, 20 minutes straight outside down to a river. I am wearing a large Australian size eight top (size4 us). Fits but not super comfy with tummy so gives me more motivation to eat well.18

My husband took a picture of me in my swimsuit last week and I didn't even realize before I looked at the picture that almost all of the cellulite is gone from my thighs! This is a huge NSV for me because I have struggled with terrible cellulite all of my adult life.36

My parents have just returned from Europe, and my Dad (God love him) bought me back a new denim jacket from Germany because he thought my old one was too big (which it is). Apparently he and Mum had an argument in the store over the size but he won. I visited today and tried it on... Size 40 EUR fits like a glove! I've no idea what it translates to in Aussie size, but Mum was adamant if it didn't fit me, her 10yo granddaughter could have it!!31

Added almost 30 lbs. to my overhead press in less than a week. Detrained noob gains ftw. Man, I missed lifting.14

My shoes are so loose these days! Guess my feet have shrunk. Also I need to wear so many layers of clothing because I feel so cold all the time (even when its not all that cold outside).17

Thank you, that was a huge help! Jacket made in Italy, purchased in Germany & now lives in Australia. I just wonder why the world doesn't have standard clothing sizes?? Perhaps it's supposed to keep us all on our toes xx

What's a G1? ☺
Good morning! A G1 is indeed the first step towards an Ontario drivers license! I received mine one day before my 47th birthday, proving ALL the nay sayers wrong! Huge pride for me this week!JustMissTracy wrote: »My latest NSV has nothing to do with weight or my body; I finally got my G1 on Thursday! Ditto... please enlighten us, @JustMissTracy !
I tried looking it up and got a whole bunch of different things - the only one I spotted that looked appropriate was an Ontario driver's licence. Is that it? (If so, congrats! )
Edit: I guess I should add my own NSVs for this week...! I had to tighten my belt another hole, and hubby says my legs are looking much slimmer. I can't see that myself and they still look awfully fat to me, so I'll have to take his word for it that they're changing!
Also, I still have a bar of chocolate in the fridge that I've only had four squares of over the past six weeks or so. I'm amazed at myself! (Been treating myself with strawberries instead, while they're cheaper!)

I never wear pants. I wear scrubs for work and on my days off I wear comfy exercise type shorts and dresses/skirts because they're so comfortable. Last night I was going out with friends and put a pair of tight jeans on. Last time I wore them I had to lay down to button them and they were honestly pretty uncomfortable. Well they buttoned easily and were comfortable! They're still tight and not gonna fall off me by any means, but it was SO nice to be comfortable in them!23

Wearing my 17-year-old daughter's shirt (she cheers and is super fit), and having my son tell me it looks good on me!!23

I am so happy with my creativity in the kitchen these days.
I think up recipes, and they end up tasting as good as I imagined...
I made/created an awesomely yummy broccoli and chicken soup today.
Its uber nutritious and awesomely filling....I had to keep checking and calculating the nutrient values over and over, to make sure I am not inadvertently eating a fattening soup.
Wow....I feel so encouraged, great tasting food, that I will eat for years to come...It tastes that good.25 -

I am noticing that the dark circles under my eyes have faded significantly...hmmm healthy eating and exercise probably helped I guess , who would have thunk it?17

I had an NSV recently.. I went to see my nephew in his first play (Once Upon a Mattress) and went to buy a tshirt to support the drama department. I asked the gal behind the desk (whom I thought was quite thin) what size she thought I could wear. She looked at her shirt, then looked at me and said "well mine is a medium, but I think you could use a small"27

Took a friend stand up paddling boarding. My water shorts that have been too small for a few years fit well. The ladies ones. I'm too small for the pair of men's water shorts I also have!16

Today I got back into working out for the first time in over a year. Got 15 minutes into the first stage of 30 Day Shred and am feeling quite proud of myself. I stopped pretty much any effort in the last couple of years and I kept saying "next week, tomorrow, next week" and today I just thought "I've got the time, why not?" and went for it. I'm going to feel it tomorrow when I try for the full set, but I think it'll be worth it!
Well done to everyone on their success and I wish you all good things for the future!24 -
Last week I didn't log at all - sometimes I hate being online all.the.time. But I was mindful of my meals, even took my lunch to 3 full days of departmental training. I still fit in 4 days of walking the dog, despite the heat & humidity. And I am starting to log again today.14

i am comfortable in men's size xl t-shirts. i started in men's size xxxl t-shirts and they were getting tight!
i jogged a mile during my son's football practice three times last week. this was on top of the four times i went to the gym last week.25 -
I got my dogs ready to go for a walk on Saturday and when we stepped out it was raining. It had been cloudy all day but I didn't realize that it had started to rain. I didn't want to disappoint the dogs by turning right around and going inside so we loaded up in the car and went to get some gasoline. I figured they would at least be happy to go for a ride. On the way home it seemed to be raining lighter so I went ahead and stopped at the park. By that time it was sprinkling and we only did 1/2 a mile, but the old me wouldn't have even considered walking in the rain. I probably would have walked more if I'd been by myself, but I didn't really want to come home with 2 drenched and stinky dogs.28
