 I have been struggling this summer and not losing as quickly so I am adjusting my Onederland goal from January 1, 2017 to March 1, 2017. I still lost 10 pounds since June 27 which 'yay, me!' but as I said not as fast as I had planned. I am back to proper schedule though which will help plus my thyroid tanked again and now I will be getting an increase in medication which will also help.
 Congratulations to those who have reached Onederland since the last time I checked in and to those still working towards it!8

 With the great final weigh-in I had for the weight loss challenge I was in (Pedal off the Pounds) I ended up being the first place finisher and won the challenge and some great bike related prizes. But the feeling of accomplishment is even better than winning a bike.4
