    Just high fat calorie-dense foods.

    ie; Milk, Peanut Butter, Dates, Almonds (nuts), Bananas, Dried Apricots, Dark Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Heavy Cream, etc.

    50 grams blended oars. 30g peanut butter. 400 mls full fat milk and one egg. Just over 800 cals

    Personally I never go below 60g oats, 32g peanut butter, 410mls FF milk and 2 eggs................ But thats what makes us all individual.
