Just high fat calorie-dense foods.
ie; Milk, Peanut Butter, Dates, Almonds (nuts), Bananas, Dried Apricots, Dark Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Heavy Cream, etc.1 -

Personally I never go below 60g oats, 32g peanut butter, 410mls FF milk and 2 eggs................ But thats what makes us all individual.0 -
