Another option: Combine PB2 with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, maybe a dash of toasted sesame oil, and seasonings to make an easy pseudo-Asian sauce for cooked veggies. (Seasonings: Choose one or more from garlic, fresh ginger, raw chopped green onions, Szechuan peppercorns, hot pepper sauce, sesame seeds, . . . .)11

Thanks, I'll give this a try. I can't stand the taste of it just with water, I went out and purchased Jif Whips PB b/c it's less calories than reg PB but still taste like real PB. But I'll give your recipe a try and hopefully I can salvage the jar.0 -
Use it all the time also. Alot flavor for just 45 calories !!!

I get the vitacost brand from the vitacost
website. It's cheaper than what is in the natural food stores/store sections around here. Plus the company sends you a 10% code for your next order with each purchase.0 -
I've known about this but unfortunately I cannot find it where I live
I buy peanut flour from amazon. Do they deliver to you?

I have used it in my yogurt almost tastes like a pudding. YUM!
You also do not get gummy peanutbutter utensils in dishwasher,
by using this and less smell also.

I can get it in loose "generic" form from the bulk bins of a couple of my grocery stores for extremely cheap compared to the PB2 jars. I think last time I bought some it was on sale for $2.38 a pound. Sooooo much cheaper than the jars.2 -

This sounds delicious. Thanks!1 -
Out of all the powdered PB brands, PB2 is my second to least favorite-next to TruNut. The best I've had it "Just Great Stuff" brand, followed by PB&CO. I won't try Jiff because I just assume it can't be better than PB2 which I already find mediocre compared to my favorite one.0

I mix a bit of honey in my PB2 (Costco Canada) powdered peanut butter. On whole wheat multigrain toast.... amazing.0

Peanut sauce is the only way I use my peanut flour. I'm not a fan of sweet, just savory.0 -
I don't care for it as a spread, but mixed into yogurt or used for baking or cooking, it is lovely! There are other defatted nut powders out there, but they are even more expensive than peanut ones. I buy my PB2 in bulk from Amazon.0

Your missing out by not trying Jiffys powdered Peanutbutter its much better then PB2 has more peanut taste.1 -

I wouldn't choose Jiff if I was eating normal peanutbutter so I can't bring myself to try their powdered.1 -

I agree. Jif is really flavorful!
...and I don't like their regular stuff.0 -

Fine. I'll try it and let you guys know. I don't eat many brands like that but it is cheap so if it's good I'm down.
I don't even keep powdered PB around much anymore because I can get almost as crazy with it as regular. Plus I found I'm better at a deficit if I cut out the mix-ins heh...

I have found it in the grocery stores around here (Safeway, Albertson's, King Soopers) but have not tried it yet. It is also sold in the local health food store here. I haven't tried it because I don't eat a lot of peanut butter and it's rather expensive if I don't like it.0
