I consider myself a lone wolf. I tried to follow a guy from Alaska here in MFP but he started to act weird right away demanding my personal information and closer contact, like, out of MFP. Anyways, I need to lose more than 100, I am already down with 14 (Yaaay!). I am totally uneducated about fitness or what good nutrition is about and I am practically walking blind on my weight loss journey. You can do it, stay positive and keep track of your intake. Try to exercise daily. I have been on here a couple of times, 1 year on this journey, and I have lost 144 lbs, have 30+ to go. Add me if you would like.2
