Keep on moving forward and you will reach your goals in no time!
It's all about the "click" isn't it!? I hope my story can be someone else's click. Congratulations on your loss it's no small feat. Well done!1 -

I've done the keto diet and lost very well but missed my oatmeal. Starting again and couldn't decide whether to do keto or just count calories. I think I will follow what you did. Did you have a calorie limit as well? And if so, would you mind sharing that?0

I just follow what MFP recommends. So I'm at 1400 cals/day to lose a 1/2 pound a week . Currently I weigh 162lbs and I have my goal set to 150lbs although once I hit that I'll probably set my goal to 135 and that will be my final gw. Mind blowing to think I'm less than 30 lbs away from final gw!5 -
Beautiful beautiful beautiful‼‼‼ Congratulations to u‼‼‼1

An amazing story, and definitely inspirational for me . I am 5'7" and weigh 219. When I started this almost 40 days ago I was at my heaviest ever at 235. So I hope in 6 months or so I can give a good update . I also just became fed up with things and decided it was time to change! If it's ok I would like to send you a friends request2

Your story is very inspirational. Especially in light of the fact that you don't seem to be stressing yourself out about it. I need to be more like that1

I'm so glad my low carb tips are helpful! It's the only thing that has ever worked for me and I find it so easy to stick to because there's nothing I can't have i just have to find a low carb alternative. Parsnip fries, almonds flour pancakes, pork rind crusted pork chops, even pizza. There's nothing that can't be low carbed!3

Thanks so much for this. I need it today, when I'm 16 pounds down and looking down the barrel of 55 more--which feel like they will NEVER come off. Your story of just continuing without a hard goal or time limit really resonates with me. THANKS!1

How wonderful for you!! A long time ago, I learned to find a memento or item to keep in my purse or bracelet that signified my weight loss. I put a charm on my keychain. It helps to look back and know you've done this hard work and succeeded and can do it again when some days seem harder. Congrats to you and your inspiring journey!!1

Tonight I made ginger chicken and broccoli. Made my family white rice too but I just took a bigger portion of the chicken and covered it with Sriracha. It was so good my 2 y/o my 5 y/o AND the 15 y/o ate it all!! It took about 10 minutes to make and I'm still full now1 -
I'm so bummed lol I look bigger than your before picture and I weigh the same 168 lol the curse of being short is that I'll look fat until I hit 110...2

This is awesome! I added you as a friend if you are interested. I did lose weight breastfeeding my first two. Had my last in 2012- gained 70 pounds. Weighed 219 at the end of my pregnancy. Biggest I ever was. My "baby" is 5 now and I am, finally, about 13 pounds from starting weight. Thats my first goal, then 10 pound increments until I am happy with my body. Like you I don't know what to expect and I will be happy if I get that far.
Good job!1 -
