SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING -- SEPTEMBER 2016 CHALLENGE

Tired of self-sabotaging by munching after dinner? Upset that you double your in-calories at night? Then it's not just me . To get some help (or inspire us by your good example), please join us in this challenge.
You set what you feel is late night snacking. For example, if you have extra calories left for the day, you can have a snack if it's small. Others decide not to eat at a past a certain time. It's up to you.
We go by the formula:
Me: "number indicating how many evenings you stuck to it"
LNS: "number of times late night snacks won"
Example: Me: 2 - LNS: 0 indicates I won the first two nights.
Some people also add a * to the latest number. In the example, that would be
Me: 2 - LNS: 1*
if LNS won the 3rd night.
It's as simple as that. Or as complicated, as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile .

I've been battling LNS for years. My dad did too, and his weight ballooned to 300+ lbs before illness and chemo broke his bad habits and brought him down to a normal weight. I'd rather not let things get that extreme!
So frustrating. I am not feeling very strong or capable. But I am starting over again, beginning tonight.4 -
I do great with my calories during the day... but after dinner my snacking and overeating throws away all my daily progress. Giving this a try to help me be accountable!! Good luck to all.
Goal: NO eating after 830p...... (all calories for the day will be consumed before 830p)

I'm in. LBS is my biggest challenge. I have often doubled my day in 1 hr at night. I need this.
1 small snack allowed after dinner if it remains within my goals for day ( calories and carbs)3 -
I've been doing this challenge since July 2015. It's been essential towards my weight loss. Thanks for having it!
Goals for the month:
- No eating after 7 pm.
- Stay consistent with logging & exercise.2 -
I'm in!! No LNS after 9 pm. I work till 11pm so I get my last break between 8 and 9.
