Great challenge! LNS is my biggest hurdle. I'm trying for no LNS after 10:00.
I tend to binge after hubby goes to bed.

Really pleased to see so many new names popping up. Welcome to the newcomers! Thank you @lamlam2013 for renewing this challenge month after month.
I joined the "Say 'NO' to LNS" Challenge August 2, 2015, because LNS was my biggest life-long weakness. At that point, I'd never…and I mean NEVER gone through a calendar month without late night grazing. The following are thoughts I need, but I hope they help someone else, too.
To those beating yourself up right now, stop it. The first step in changing a habit is to recognize it. The next is to acknowledge it. If you're here, even if you've never compiled a streak longer than "1," you've done both those steps! Hang with this group - and anyone else who encourages and challenges you. (You don't need an "accountability partner" who'll help you kill a quart of Ben & Jerry's. You also don't need a health gestapo beating you up for eating a piece of your own birthday cake.)
I'm seeing a lot of streaks begin. ONE is a great beginning! Don't focus (entirely) on the month. Just conquer TODAY. Attack tomorrow's impulses then. Keep it up! TODAY is the best day to start!
Wisdom expressed by several seems appropriate for the newcomers: Set a goal that allows for life. If you tell yourself "I'll never ever ever again…" you're set for failure, eventually. Some people set different cutoffs for weeknights and weekends, others have situational releases. For me, a goal like below works. You decide what works for YOU. …
