    Wow that's incredible! 2nd baby and I'm struggling to get this 40lbs off. And you did all that in a year!!?? That's amazing!

    Yup.... I count every single calorie I put in my body. If I can't count it I don't eat it

    Lol.... the weird thing is that now I have too much anxiety to go back. I know physically I can go and I can fit on the ride but mentally I think I messed up. I don't know if that makes any sense or not

    Thank you mama. Your right my personality has gotten so much better. I think it's because i now love myself......not because how i look but because how i feel.
