    Got a nice long paddle in today, and caught up on my missed planks from yesterday. Keep rocking it everyone!

    Well I'm back after a week off of training, I've decided I don't want to put on 50+lbs just to start taking it off again in March (I've already swelled up 10lbs in a week) so I registered for another local 5k in November to help keep myself in check. I may or may not achieve 24hrs this month but I'm off to a start:

    I got an extra long session in on my machine, but blew off my planks and circuit today. Though I really should have paddled today. Oh well...something is better than nothing.
