    Got a nice long paddle in today, and caught up on my missed planks from yesterday. Keep rocking it everyone!

    9 September: unplanned rest day
    10 September: 122 min SUP (5.32 miles); 6 min planks (90 sec x 3 - straight arm; 45 sec x 2 - elbow) = 128 minutes

    Well I'm back after a week off of training, I've decided I don't want to put on 50+lbs just to start taking it off again in March (I've already swelled up 10lbs in a week) so I registered for another local 5k in November to help keep myself in check. I may or may not achieve 24hrs this month but I'm off to a start:

    09/11 Walk: 0:39:05
    09/11 Weight Training: 1:08:06
    09/11 Bike Ride: 0:21:43
