I've stopped and started more times than I'd like to admit over the last few years. managed to go from 270 down to about 210 a few years ago, then hormonal issues, PCOS, and stress layered the pounds back on.

I got down to about 237 last October which is my current lowest weight but due to several injuries I haven't been able to be as active so I gained back 15lbs.

Im so glad I found this group I was beginning to think I was all alone with so much weight to lose. Started at 272.3 current as of Monday 268.3 please add me I would love as many new friends who can relate as possible first goal is to get to 200 ultimate goal is 1500

I started a few years ago but was 260 in February of this year. Regular calorie counting got me to 200 by June and Ive been doing some keto since July to get me down to 180. Im not happy on Keto, and I keep cheating so the past 2 weeks ive been eating 40 carbs or less for 6 days then eating whatever on the 7th. If i dont want to eat whatever, I just keep my low carb streak until I want to break it. Im happier this way, i do like eating low carb but i dont think food should be associated with bad feelings, i should eat what I want, when I want. I just keep in mind that I want to lose 50lbs by the time Im walking across the stage in May and I feel good on lower carbs (not 20g low). I was told keto can be anywhere from 0-50g of carbs per day so I feel like im in a good range. We'll see what kind of weight i lose a month from now.
Next week im starting C25K and some lifting, i think itll be a great thing to incorporate some more exercise to my life. Also, hopefully by next Friday, ill be working night shift stocking shelves. He said 75 pallets an hour were the norm, and one employee told me she's lost 30lbs in the last 6 months without trying because the work is strenuous. Pallets contain 150-300 items and you have to unload, stock them on the shelves then condition (make sure the shelves look presentable for the AM shift). Its a 24 hour store so you have to keep up with your work and check to make sure everything is right so there's lots of bending, stocking and unloading trucks. I have one more interview and a background check then ill know for sure.
Im only 15lbs from losing 100lbs in 2016, so I kind of want to lose that by Xmas! My goal was aggressive but I cant believe I made it this far. 15 freaking pounds, then only 35lbs after that to an ultimate goal. 135lbs seemed like A LOT of weight to lose; im only 22. But Ive kept up with a social life, school and friends along with losing all of this weight since February.
It CAN be done people, lets get to it!

I'd love more friends who like to daily post. I'm currently 249, started at 255 for the third try. Lowest was 218 then I hurt my foot and yeppers, gained it all back. Now I'm working out again, eating like a sane person, a traveling this road again. I hit 50 in about 5 days and I'm determined to make the next 50 the funnest. I've had a pretty fun life up until now so I need to be in my best health so I can have all the fun I plan on.
