This is from about 2.5 years ago when I lost -72lbs. I'm posting it to remind myself how far I've gone and for motivation. I regained 50+lbs while finishing college and starting a career. But I've been 100% on program for 2 weeks and have lost -4lbs my first week I weigh in tomorrow. I've been working out and can feel change in my clothes and body. It feels good to be back in control.46 -
