First week weigh in - I've lost 1:5 lbs, now on 189.5. Didn't get to the gym much this week unfortunately but ate well and it paid off. In edinburgh for a few days so hoping to keep walking and burn the inevitable naughty scottish foods off4

I know weigh day was yesterday and I lost 1.2, I thought it was more! I got on the scale today and down 2 more lbs!! Woo hoo! So 3.2 now5

I'm in! 5'5" 201 this a.m. Have lost 34 lbs since January. I am stuck. Same weight for a month. 1000-1200 calories a day. Poor health and bad knee but still walk 3 xs a week. Any suggestions?1

It's of all, it's awesome that you've lost 34 since January!! Any tips, macronutrients would be appreciated! What about aqua jogging, water aerobics or recumbent bike for your knee?0 -

Hoping to lose 30 lbs by December. I started here weighing 226 lbs and now i'm 216 lbs and I am 5'5". Been doing fitness boxing for 2 weeks now and eating minimal fat as of now. Include me in the group or add me. Let's motivate each other!0

Can I please be added to the group I need motivation too. I'm 5ft1 and weigh in at 146lbs. I am too short for this weight and feel so heavy and bulky. I would like to lose 25-30lbs by New Year's Eve. I started clean eating 7days ago and I have cut off alcohol completely till later on. I prefer to weigh in every fortnight though so I haven't weighed myself since I started on the 12th.1

Hi all, I started last Sunday so this morning is my first week... I'm down 3.8lbs! Quite pleased to be more than 10% of my way to 30lb by Christmas
Here's what I did this week:
5 x 45 min walk at lunchtime on work days
2 x 45 min swim
2 x 30 Day Shred
1 x 30 min cycling
2 x 2 hour walk at weekend
Planning food and sticking to it (except one piece of cake at work but that was worth it!)

I'm going to have a challenging week as I have 2 days at work where I have to attend a lunch and I'm going out for an evening meal. Means missing 3 work outs and not much control over what my meals consist of I will have to be extra careful the rest of the week and try to squeeze in 3 extra work outs somewhere...2
