            I was 417 lbs in the first picture (maybe 420) I am now at 350 after 4 months. My wife said it was the beard weight that was holding me back.

 Thanks! I run alot and work with a PT twice a week. She has me doing a HIIT based workout that incorporates a lot of bodyweight exercises (push ups, burpees, etc) and multi-muscle weighted moves (weighted duck squats, dumbbell rows, concentrated curls, overhead presses, bench-presses. etc.) I'm using 12-15 dumbbells, 25lb rows and benching around 85. I run alot and work with a PT twice a week. She has me doing a HIIT based workout that incorporates a lot of bodyweight exercises (push ups, burpees, etc) and multi-muscle weighted moves (weighted duck squats, dumbbell rows, concentrated curls, overhead presses, bench-presses. etc.) I'm using 12-15 dumbbells, 25lb rows and benching around 85.
