Hi guys!
Are you ready for your weigh in tommorow?. I took it easy this week. Ate normal but worked out 2x this week. Going for slow changes. Hope you all are keeping spirits high. Have a great weekend!!!2 -
lynalyei- don't give up, managing work, kids and healthy eating can be a challenge. Remember healthy food choices for you will be good for the kiddos as well.
11 hour work day for me, then grandsons 1st birthday party, did ok calorie wise until the piece of frosted birthday cake. I'm still awake and not feeling exhausted which is a positive reinforcement for me to continue to avoid junk/processed foods.1 -
i think i get overwhelm with how to balance all that.you did awesome not to overindulge in the cake.
i maintain my weight still 89.8kg.
going to push harder next week1 -

Not super great but it is a loss and I will definately take it. I fell down in my water intake this week and could totally tell.
Next week will be better!2 -
Great work so far everyone! Inspiring. My own weigh in was a little disappointing but not unexpected.

At least it's in the right direction! I slipped up on two days by eating too much in the evening. I feel like I can avoid that and make better meal choices.2 -
Hi all! Awesome job everyone. Please remember everyone has their own pace. So don't be discouraged but just look at it as an opportunity to make changes.
I only added 2 work out days this week and saw a difference.

Happy posting today. Please post quick tips for others about the change you made.2 -
I think I did well for this first week's goal. Every other day we are loosing weight, becoming thin and loosing body fat. The pockets of fat are now getting empty and replaced by the sagging skin (neck and lower abdominal area), asking me to do something. Any idea apart from plastic surgery. Help would be appreciated.

Our healthier living choices seem to be working. Nice job all! The saying "Slow and steady wins the race",is especially true when it comes to developing and sticking to healthy daily habits. I need to come up with a weekly menu so I don't get bored with the same foods.2

Left after work yesterday for week of vacation. Here's the good, bad, and ugly points of the day. Last night chose bowl of mixed fruit pineapple, honey dew, cantaloupe, grapes for supper. For breakfast at hotel a banana and instant oatmeal. Lunch was turkey lettuce tomato (cheese, mayo bad) on rye (soooo good), few baked chips. Dinner could have been really bad - had coupons for 2 free buffets- had very small portions of various meat ,chicken, seafood. Tomato, boiled egg. No dessert until tonight ice cream (bad). Walked over 4 miles. Fresh air. Time in nature. Priceless.3

Grandsons 1st birthday, he is a positive motivation for me to live a healthier lifestyle! Mom (71 y/0) had heart attack yesterday but stable. I have high blood cholesterol so this is more motivation to eat heart healthy and stay physically fit. Time to get moving....1
