This seems to be a popular tactic used by the Urban Female predators.
Lmao it works sometimes ... but If he actually comes over to say hi, I would turn 50 shades of red and probably embarrass myself!0 -

The hostile ones are more fun. Challenge accepted!1 -

You in a public place, you see a nice guy, how do you let him know that you like him. Is it a look, a smile, eye contact, do you play with your hair? Do you just go up and talk to them.?
or do you just look at the ground shy as mouse and hope he notices you.
Gents what have you noticed the ladies do to get your attention. ?
And Go...
1st that isn't something, that have to; pretend concerning because unfortunately I actually am.
2nd Even though I'm not shy & have no shame, I have a severe but invisible disability, so I never approach anyone; to date because I don't believe that I have the right, to ask someone to ruin their life; since I'd only date to have a potential SO & my healthy look, tricks them into initially being attracted to me; when they most likely wouldn't be otherwise.
If/when someone approaches me, I inform them of my disability & they walk away, from me; in mid sentence! This is why I tried online dating because I'd be able to advertise my disability, along with a visual; at the same time but the only men that I attracted, were men whom's interest was just to have sex with me; not deal with me. Even though their profiles didn't indicate, that they were interested; in casual sex but instead a long term relationship. I did approach men online, if I knew that they were single; for several months because I then figure, someone is better than no 1 but they consider me as settling for less, than what they deserve & thus they'd rather stay single.2 -

It's suppose to be pretend you are single barring health issues and whatever else how do you let dudes know you're checking them out
Well since I am unable to pretend, I don't! Since I'm single regardless of health, how's it possible to pretend to be; what someone actually is?
If I were to pretend, that I was healthy & since I already stated, that I am not shy & have no shame, the obvious answer'd be that; I'd approach them!0 -
i am single
if i see someone i think is really hot & possibly want to talk with them i usually give them a look
if they are also looking at me ill hold it for a minute
then they usually come talk to me or ill go talk to them if i really want too0 -

I'm quite shy. I may look at him when he's not looking. If he looks I'll make eye contact for a couple seconds and then look away. I'm meek unless someone comes up to me first.1

Life is too short - I'd go over and talk to him.1

Make awkward eye contact to where he knows I'm looking and then when I go to talk to him, I say something even awkwarder like "Do you know skittles don't really taste like a rainbow because if they did, they'd taste like water?" Usually at that point his wing man takes over.3

If I were single and I was out and saw a hot guy I would just keep glancing over until he noticed me. I've got a pretty good come hither stare. Ha If he held my gaze I'd know he might be interested. If he didn't approach I would probably eventually approach if he wasn't with a huge group figuring he might be shy.
Before we dated, I had to tell my husband I had a crush on him because he was shy. If I'd never said anything to him he might have missed out!3 -

I'm a risk taker. I will go talk to him.1

I ignore him until he forces me to notice him.
Worked in the past... I'm currently in a relationship with the last guy I ignored2 -

You have the other kind that's all flashy, noisy, shows a lot of attitude and demands attention....... these are to be avoided. This is a painstakingly crafted persona which will unhinge in due time and the question is... do you want to witness it when it goes unhinged.
I bet those guys get all the girls!!

You make a great point! I find myself attracted to the shy guys. The ones who don't necessarily hide in the background, but aren't the ones making a scene with their "boys". I dig the wallflowers lol!0 -
