Hitting 350 bench, 480 DL, and 500 squat were a big deal in my early 30s. I'm down considerably from that now but doing the Westside Barbell method to get back there.2

Mine was once I hit 135lbs for 5x5 on bench (strict form)5

That's pretty awesome for a lady! I have a 16 year old girl in class that's at 150 right now chasing a 170 lb record.0 -
100lb bench press and 185lb deadlift. I really want to hit a 200lb deadlift!6

At a bodyweight of just under 100kg (220lbs):
Deadlift: 260kg (575) for a triple
Bench Press: 160kg (350lbs) for 2 reps
Squat: 220kg (485lbs)4 -

Seeing how easy that came off the floor, I'd put good money on you having 315 in you now.
I was so excited to hit 300, I didn't even try 305. And I was exhausted. LOL My goal is to hit 315 by my 42nd birthday in March, but secretly I want to get it by Christmas, or even Thanksgiving.1 -

I just started lifting, but surprised myself at my 160lb 1rm... I know it's nothing at the moment...
That's awesome! The only competition is yourself.3 -
Am I the only one who squats more than I DL? Embarrassing.1

Most peoples are. That's why I'm embarrassed. I work on it all the time. Maybe I need to program it different.0 -

I squat 3x a week and deadlift twice a week, but my deadlift has always progressed faster. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. Everyone has different body dimensions and mechanics so maybe you are just a more natural squatter.0 -

Well, I am really weird. When I was really working on the heavy lifting, my bench press was the same as my deadlift and my squat was heavier than both. I blame hip replacement surgery though. Sadly none of them are very high. This thread makes me want to work harder on increasing the numbers again.

And my new one ... no idea if it is "good" or not but I pushed 640lbs on the prowler sled tonight (just my second time pushing that thing). I was ready to collapse but I still did it. :-)4

Yep, my deadlift is much more than squat. For some reason, I am finding it a little difficult to.progress with squats.0 -

Yes - that's very good. As in, seriously? 640 added, or total? And what surface? I don't know what the Prowler weight is, but I've only been able to push - I don't remember, but it wasn't much - on a rubberized mat.0 -
I was pretty proud of myself this summer working the snacks at VBS for my church. I was able to lift 10-gallon coolers of lemonade by myself without having to ask one of the high school volunteers to help me. That's when I realized that all the working out I've been doing has given me not just progress toward fitness, but practical strength I can use. I have a long way to reach my goals, but this was a pretty great milestone for me.7

Well, I was told the sled weighs 100lbs and I had 540 lbs on it (12 45 lb plates) so my trainer marked 640. It was on kind of an astroturf strip in our gym. 30 feet long. He also said the sled feet had gotten messed up so it had lost much of its "slide" so I am hoping I can do even more when it is fixed! ;-)

this summer i offered to help a male colleague with transporting a huge stack of something out to his minivan. they were awkward to hold so it wasn't until hours later that i realised all his 'you sure? put it down if its too heavy' was actually about the weight i honestly thought it was just about how we had to cart them with arms at full stretch.
he's 8 inches taller, who-knows how heavier, and at least 10 years younger than me la la la.

545lb behind the back deadlift. Today. 50lb PR.3

you know those awful spring clips that nobody likes? well, at my rec centre they're worse than that. not only four coils of stiff but rusty and scratched-up as well. and so are the bars.
i decided to see them as free grip training about a year ago. lasted a couple of months before i got bored and quit that, but even now i can do them. with my non-dominant hand.3 -
for me, it is my current 1RM's of - 265# deadlift, 225# squat, 125# bench... and my 170# clean ... body weight is 132#7

Damn. We have some astroturf at the gym, but it's been rolled up and off to the side since before I joined in June. Owner keeps saying he's going to install it on the runway and replace some of the old equipment that nobody uses with power cages. Not yet.0 -
Today where I completed a full hour of hardcore weighted circuit training including 5*5s of 15 different exercises0

Made it to 730lbs today!2 -
i've been lifting for a while but never committed to deadlift until this past 2 months and i'm up to 435lbs.
on the leg press machine when i do calves i can rep 28 45lb plates for 6-8 reps.
abs - last night i read a crossfit article about doing dragon flies and i was able to do hold it for 30 seconds, so i felt good about that. Also i can do 20 toes to bar in a row w\strict form.
curls - can curl 150lb on a straight bar with strict form
shoulders - front raises 65lb dumbells for reps.
bench - i've never thought myself to have a good bench but my current max is 305. bleh.0
