Make sure you keep checking in with your doctor. Postpartum depression is a real thing. It is hard to readjust after a baby...everything including your body is different, and now your hormones can be wonky while getting back to normal. Congrats on the baby beautiful mama.
Unfortunately I quit work to stay at home full time and I no longer have insurance and conveniently my doctor just moved out of state

I confess I wish there were a safer space to share long, complicated stories. I've got *kitten* I don't want to talk about with people I actually know, and I don't dare post it anywhere public in case the parties involved should chance upon it, but some advice, insight, reality check, or even a "that sucks" would be nice.
