    I knew this was insanity, but thought I was the only one with this particular "screw loose." When I found this challenge and community, I recognized the cycle and saw I wasn't so unique.

    I set my goals with room for life, but still requiring restraint. A few evenings a month, I allow for getting home late or a special event necessitating a late meal. I plan those and try to avoid leaving my eating to impulse. I think this has been the biggest change for me.

    Hope that benefits someone else in our community.

Between @WalkerPop and his encouraging words and @lamlam2013 putting up this challenge every month plus all the others who check in all the time, I am keeping my LNSnacking very much under control and it has helped so much. I am now mindful of the time and what I eat in the evenings so once I close my diary, I'm done for the day. It was hard at first but now it has become such a habit, I don't even miss the snacking anymore.

    Thanks so much for everyone being on here. Not sure I could have done it without all of you! And congratulations to @WalkerPop on over 300 days of success!

    This is the exact type of challenge I need. I feel like I give 110% all day (workout at 4am, eat and log perfectly through dinner), but after dinner go crazy with the munching. I am hopeful that this challenge will help me get this frustrating struggle under control so my hard work can finally pay off. Thanks for this challenge!

    Goal: Eat no snacks outside of my calorie goal after dinner 6/7 nights per week. Pre-logged snacks are okay!
