Pizza and burgers are really made up with the same criteria of ingrediants. They both usually when made to its fullest extent contain all the basic food groups - veggies, protein and bread
But they also contain fat, salt and sugar
But whats worse ? Is there a better one over the other? A greasy burger or greasy slab of pizza?
Debate below!

It's really not a debate. There are so many varying factors for either one, and one might be a better choice for someone else based on their individual goals, there's no point even comparing them. Apples to oranges.

Yeah I was gonna make an ingrediants thing but it was too hard for my brain
But I was thinking anyway people can try think for me haha2 -
You mean whats best. I actually can't say. How does one compare a succulent beef burger to a well topped pizza? It depends what mood I'm in. All I know is I f**king love food.15

But a burger is mostly meat and a pizza is mostly bread6

Personally, I make my burgers at home...I can make a better burger at home on my grill than I can get pretty much anywhere out. I generally use 85% ground beef which keeps the burger juicy...and there's nothing inherently wrong with fat...it's actually essential to proper nutrition. Depending on what I add to it, I can make it a calorie bomb or not...I can have more veggies or I can pile it high with bacon and cheese...so it's "health" factor would depend.
I'd say the same for going out for a burger...If I go to about the only place I'll go out for a burger and get a regular O'neils burger, it's not too bad...1/3 Lb patty with a slice of cheese and some lettuce and tomato...they also have a double patty tipple cheese bacon burger that is phenomenal..but I wouldn't really say it's healthy.
I would say the same for pizza...you can have a relatively nutritious pie or not...
Personally, I'm all about a good burger...5 -

This is true but when I'm biting into a generously topped meaty or chicken pizza I actually forget there's bread in my mouth. The *kitten* is so magnificent in your mouth. I take it you prefer burgers then. Is this an occasion type meal btw?0 -

I actually prefer pizza because I don't struggle to keep it together
Whenever I have a burger lettuce falls, tomatoes fall Im like *kitten*.. This is too much of a struggle
Then your hands get all sloppy with mayo (or greek yogurt) and meat juice
God...2 -
Now I want a pizza or juicy burger with a beer!!!6

Completely, utterly depends on what's on it, how it was made, quality of ingredients... It's not really a debate, because the variables are so wide.
What I want to know is why I can have a chef's salad for dinner with a side of bread and it's considered fine, when I can turn the same ingredients into a pizza and some people seem to think it's the debbil.12 -

Meat juice huh? Lol.
I can't believe your foregoing burgers due to the messiness of consumption. That's the whole point of it. You have to do battle with it. The tougher the battle, the tastier the burger my dear carb queen.5 -

You've clearly never experienced the wonder that is the meatza. Not a bit of bread in sight.1 -
So glad you asked this. I think pizza is more nutritious only because its the lesser of two evils.
One pizza slice has 295 calories, 9g fat (4g saturated), 38g carb, 10g protein. (Bet you can't eat just one).
A 1/4 lb burger and bun (without cheese or condiments) has 360 calories, 19g fat (7g saturated), 23g carb, 25g protein.1 -

As you point out, that compares one slice of pizza (not usually considered a whole meal) to a whole burger (usually considered a whole meal). When you have 2 slices of pizza, which most people would, the pizza is higher.
And not taking into account that both pizza and burgers vary very differently depending on where and how they are made8 -
How about a burger but with 2 slices of pizza instead of buns?20
