I slipped on a peddle when standing, while riding my bicycle; when I was 8 years old & slammed my crotch, onto the bicycle's frame! I walked like a cowboy, for over week & couldn't sit, I literally did everything standing, stood over the toilet & couldn't even bend over to lean on a desk, to do assignments; so I wrote my work against a wall & held my plates, when eating!1

Pulled a muscle in middle school when trying to do a jump. That really hurt and I couldn't walk for a while!1

I got hit by a car doing 35 to 40 mph while I was doing hill repeats on my bike. Woke up in the middle of the road with no idea how I got there. Spent a day in the hospital. Scariest part was when one of the doctors told me they were ordering another CT scan and "Just because you were able to get up and walk to the bathroom doesn't mean your back isn't broken. We need a better look."Worst pain of my life.
A thing with my tooth. Much, much worse than getting hit by a car.1 -

Dislocated my shoulder during a wrestling match during my senior year in high school.1

I can also say that I've had lots of head and face injuries, but they were mainly knots and cuts and huge bruises. Never been KO'd though! Lol1

I herniated 3 discs in my lower spine last year walking 3 miles a day 7 days a week for months on end (no rest) along with weight training/etc (I was being careful as I knew it was risky but not giving myself rest was likely the cause). In fairness they were already damaged from years ago, one had been fixed with surgery, the others likely were already in not so great of shape and my core had no muscle to speak of to support my spine. Too much too fast, and definitely needed to take rest days.1

I tripped over a dumbbell once too, but it was in the gym. No injury, but was instantly embarrassed. Hahaha1 -
Sports or finess injury?
Fitness injuries (lifting)
1) torn left subscapilaris tendon (curls)
2) right SI joint sprain (squats)
Sports injuries:
1) 3 way ligament tear (ACL, PCL, MCL) in left knee (skiing)
2) torn right rotator cuff (skiing)

Dang, my brother got me hurt once too. We were wrestling on the bed when we were little and I threw my leg over his shoulder from behind and he slung me forward and off the bed, causing me to smack the back of my head on the corner of the dresser and then the floor. It was baaaad.1 -
