I got a new fitbit scale which bumped me back into the 250s as soon as I used it. Maybe my old scale wasn't accurate? Anyway, back to fighting to get back into the 240s so no recorded weight loss this week.

    10/5 - 170.0
    10/12 - 171.1

I'm honestly shocked that it's only that much higher, given that I pushed my refeed back by two days this week. Usually takes at least five days for all of the pickup from that to go away.

    10/12 - 171.1
    10/19 - 170.9

My fitbit scale regularly shows me +2 lbs from my other scale (which is just a $10 wal mart special). Stupid fitbit scale! I do like that it records my weight into my online profile so I don't have to worry about it!

    This morning's weigh in:
    SW: 192
CW: 170.6 (down 0.7 lbs from Oct 5 weigh in)
    GW: 155

I went on a vacation Oct 8-18 and tried to be good but there were definitely carbs and alcohol. I'm happy to be back to losing again. :)

Phew! Finally feeling back on track. Work is still kicking my a** but things are getting better.

Weigh in today is 192.2lbs. Back down from a recent water weight high of 199.6, and an original starting weight of 251.8 in March of 2015.

Keep up the good work Keto Family!!

    GW: 130lbs (128-132 range)

Down another full pound this week! And the best thing is that my food is so satisyfying. Zero hangries.

All aboard the struggle bus.. up 2 this week, lol. I'm still bouncing around the same few lbs. I did see 249 on the 21st and 22nd then boom right back up again after wing night, even picking the carb friendly wings. I seem to do really well on Thurs/Fri then it goes back up on Sat/Sun. Maybe I've been eating too many sugar free things on the weekend? New goal is to cut those out of my coffee and water, and really limiting them everywhere else.

What I'm most pumped about is my reverse diet worked in restoring my metabolism...I've lost this 20lbs eating 2600-2700 cals per day whereas in the past I would have had to be down under 2200.

EXCELLENT! Those who eat the most and still lose, win in the long term. Kudos to you.

Slowly but surely it's going down. Not too much longer til I get under 200.

I was stuck on 170s for 5 days; it was super frustrating. I know people recommend not to weigh daily but I'm going to a wedding in two weeks and would like to see more results lol I'm fasting today so hope that helps me.

My brother lost 100 lb in 7 months, if I can do that in 15 months I would be happy

Thanks. It took 44 years to figure that out but it'll make the next 44 more fun :)

Still down for the count with a cold.

    Logging...yes
    Weighing...not really
Activity....reaching for kleenex and cough drops.

I read in one of the threads to just focus on what actually goes in your mouth. That is the most important thing.
I think I allowed the monitoring activities to minimize the real goal. So, just keeping an eye on what goes in my mouth for now.

    10/19 - 170.9
    10/26 - 166.2

    Well, that escalated quickly.

    10/26 - 166.2
    11/2 - 163.4

Dat dere RFL. Think I'll end the cut as soon as I break back into the 150s, and the waist hits 32. That's clearly going to happen before my planned six week run is up, at this rate (I'm only halfway through week three).
