November No Cheat Challenge

My November challenge for me is to stick to my macro goals and gym goals with only 2 cheat days at Thanksgiving. This will be a huge challenge as I usually cheat like a corner warmer every Saturday and Sunday ha!! So for me, 1370 calories 31 carbs; 109 protein; 86 fat
Weights 4 times a week and cardio/hit 4 times a week. Let's do this!!
