    Yippee! I love seeing the new numbers every week! It really pushes me to behave! This week will be tough because I'm going off of the HCG drops. I hope I can make it!

    I have been pretty good at keeping up with my exercise, I just need to make sure I keep up with reaching the minum net calories. (I was at 1050 net last night)

    I updated the charts. Sorry I couldn't get to it 'til after my run. You might not see the update image until tomorrow morning though. When you do, it will show 63.3lbs lost as a group for the week and 455.5lb total. :flowerforyou:

    My goals for this week:

    1. Getting back on track and stop using last week's sickness as a crutch this week
    2. At least 4 days of exercise this week
    3. Replenishing my supply of healthy/clean food
    4. Quitting this binge trip I've been on the past few days

    WELL DONE EVERYONE FOR LAST WEEK!

    I'm still around, but still have a squeaky voice and pretty weak! Today I've started to get back to eating better, but have missed off the scale for this week because I've been living on Paleo pancakes with honey and cinnamon and coffee with heavy cream, lots of water and lots of paracetamol!! I've been able to get some raw veggies down today (stoopid tonsilitis!)

    soo, just to say I'll check in weight wise from next week!

    lets keep it up girlies!! I dunno about you guys, but the thought of showing a gain on Rach's table, puts the fear into me, to keep up with this weight loss gig!!
