3 whole minutes... NOT for me. I try to do 3 sets of 10 and they are ugly.... FORM is important people. A great challenge, but don't kill yourself doing something sloppy for a record.2

Since you aren't strict about form at all I can do around 50 but doind 3 minutes of something with bad form is a complete waste of time.1

Do we win a prize for torturing ourselves for 3 mins. I wouldn't be able to last for 3 mins, and frankly it's not on my priority list
