Here we are again! The object of this challenge is too rack up miles or steps. Which ever you desire.. Log your progress daily or weekly or whenever you get a change too check in. Be sure too keep up with your results and log her for all of us too share...

MY PERSONAL WALKING GOAL for November will be 130 WALKING Miles. It will be colder and we will be traveling less so that may be a bit high but I'm going too try it...

Hope I have others too join me! :)

    After not achieving my goals for the past two months, I have re-evaluated and am lowering my daily goal.

    Daily goal 4 miles/day
    Monthly 120 miles for the month.

    I will try again, goal is still 150 miles, running or biking. I think I can do it this month.

    I'm in too! goal is an average of 8'000 steps per day, which, considering the month is one day shorter, is again 240'000 total. :smile:

    I'm in again, my goal this month is 250 miles. I lowered my mile goal this month because I started doing more circuit training last month and almost didn't achieve my goal of 350 miles because of that. So goal adjusted and am ready to smash it again!

    Dropping mine a bit too due to more strength training and other unique exercises rather than mileage cardio.

    SO HAPPY U guys stuck with me again in NOVEMBER! <3

    I am sure everyone will do their best. As long as we do THAT then no one can complain.... :)

    November 1st (as logged earlier) 4.0 Walking Miles
    November 2nd............................4.5 Walking Miles
    November 3rd.............................8.0 Walking Miles (a doggie walk and THEN very long Hike with Husband)

    TOTAL Miles thus far November 3rd..........16.5 Walking Miles

    Someone had asked me how long I had been doing these challenges. I did not remember so I said a couple of years or a bit more. I looked back. It has actually been 3 YEARS this October. <3 My how time fly's buy! :o

    Been stuck in meetings most of the week (the kind where you eat a sandwich while the meeting continues) so I couldn't go on my lunch break walk, that's roughly 4000 steps I'm not getting. Glad that's over. Now I need a few 10K days to compensate that.

    We've had warmer than usual weather here. STILL no much needed rain. Walks have been great and we have so many trees I have too mow them up every few days. THAT gives me extra steps as I use the push mower..

    November 4th......2.0 Walking Miles with girls & 2.0 Walking Miles with Husband. Also 4.25 Walking Miles push mowing up the leaves...sooooooooooooo
    November 4th..........8.25 Walking Miles
    November 5th..........5.00 Walking Miles

    TOTAL thus far November 5th............ 29.75 Walking Miles <3

    I just saw this challenge and would like to join. Since the weather is finally cooler I'm going to try to get out on my bike more but will probably still do walking or the elliptical most often. I'm going to put my goal at 200 miles of either walking (including the elliptical) or biking. So far I have:
    Nov. 1 - 3.4 miles walking
    Nov. 2 - 3.5 miles walking
    Nov. 3 - 4.5 miles walking
    Nov. 4 - 3 miles walking
    Nov. 5 - 3.1 miles walking
    Nov. 6 - 25 miles biking

    42.5 of 200 miles complete.
