I have been sick for 5 days and I noticed that I am desperately missing my exercise routines. I don't know how I spent so many years doing nothing active day after day!
Also, I survived Halloween and only ate 4 mini chocolate bars - that has never happened in my life. I have always eaten until I felt sick.20 -
Hubby admitted to checking out my butt last night when I was getting ready for bed, and liking what he saw...

I put in a little more than 2000 calories after a big bowl of chili with sour cream and cheese and one of each kind of fun-size candy bar from our Halloween candy.
Today, I'm right back at it, and it feels GREAT.
My biggest takeaway from a special occasion day was that going to bed after a 2000 calorie day doesn't feel that different from a 1250 calorie day and my fears of falling off the wagon were for naught. It was just another day that happened to have more calories because it was special.
I was super nervous because Tuesday AM is my weigh in day. Rationally I know 2000 calories wouldn't show up the next morning (and didn't, I ended up 2.5lbs down for the week). I know I will have to be on-point for the next few weeks to Thanksgiving when there's another "special over calorie day" but I totally feel like I can do it.
My birthday is Sunday and I've already planned to go over calories that day and Thanksgiving. My goal is to then NOT be over the rest of the month :-)6 -

You have a great attitude for success. You've also developed the success habits that will guide you through this journey.
To put things in perspective I went on vacation about 3 weeks ago for 8 days. Ate too much, drank too much. I know couple days I probably drank 2000 calories alone. Right now I'm probably a pound over my weight before I left for the trip.
For this to succeed you have to enjoy the journey. I wouldn't have traded anything that I ate or drink when I was on vacation. I firmly believe that if I denied myself when I was on vacation it would eventually lead to failure long-term. Literally the day I came back from vacation I went back to the success pattern that I developed with no regrets and no stress.22 -

I'm a licensed Zumba instructor as of Sunday and I already have a couple of gigs in place! Lol I requested a month to fine tune some of my Own routines before putting this show on the road! :-)
I am indeed a Cardio Queen but I've firmly incorporated weights (outside of my
Body weight which I've been doing for over a year) 3 times a week as well! :-)12 -

I have no idea. I used to do it as a kid, then one day decided to get back to that level. Maybe a year or longer. I wasn't very aggressive with trying.5 -
Today, I reached healthy BMI!!! I don't think I have been a healthy BMI since high school.48

28" waist for the first time since I was 14! At 38 I have finally achieved what I knew was possible and a good, healthy size for me.36

The size of the cup is in relation to the band size. So a smaller band size has a smaller cup as well. Generally a 32DD fits similar to a 34D, whereas the cup on a 34DD is larger than the cup of a 32DD. I hope my explanation makes sense but going down a bandsize and up a cupsize makes sense
