    I'm not off to a good start. Didn't do the first day yet. I'll have to miss a rest day.
    Now I'm done day 1. Hope that's okay!

    Day 2 done! Push ups are not my friend, lol. I did mine on knees as well! But I did them, yea!

    I have the arm strength of an earthworm. I'm so pathetic. :( (Not stopping, btw. Just know my arms are a sad case.)

    You should have seen me last month on another Challenge... Really had no clue how much it helped...strength wise... until this months challenges. It's quite a difference! You'll get there... We all will! :wink:

    Day 2 done! Just wondering what weights everyone was using?

    Right now I'm using 5lb weights... Might go up later if I feel I can

    I used 3 pounds today because I'm sick and don't want to overexert myself too much.

    Sounds like a good plan... Get to feeling better!

    Day 1 5 push-up, 5 dips, 10 bicep curls, 10 sec punches
    Day 2 8 push-up, 8 dips, 15 bicep curls, 15 sec punches

    I have completed both Day 1 and Day 2. I'm using 10 lbs for the curls because I don't have anything less than that. For the push-ups...doing them "girl style" until I can build up enough strength to do them "tough girl style." LOL

    Day three done BOOM! and hubby is doing it with me YAY! (he hates dips but hes gonna give it his best) oh and using 13 pounds weights for the curls

    Done! My pushups are hand release at the bottom- makes it easier for me :P

    Day 2 done.....dang those push ups. Worked arms in water aerobics, so was a little tough, but done nonetheless........ :)

    Ok... explain to someone who has no clue what hand release at the bottom means...lol... i might need to try that! :wink:

    I hear you... Im in the same boat. I just try to do as many as I can and then modify the rest... which is most of them :blush:
