With 5 kids playing a variety of sports, we never know what time dinner is going to be so I can't really say "no snacking after ...". I'll just say no snacking after dinner. I noticed several of you started in October but I'll start with November 1st and since I just found this challenge today....

Welcome to the group!!!! When my 3 kids were ALL in sports, I didn't even tempt to make time for me! I love your plan, you can do this, one day at a time!!!!!!4 -

But I ran 7 miles today and I had calories left when I went to bed (half my exercise calories). Technically, that should be fine, but I still regret the mini snickers I was grabbing while I was up late grading papers... I want to cut out the stupid Halloween candy because I won't always be able to say no to it when I've used up all my calories...

Started to get hungry last night as the evening wore on, so I went to bed!4 -
I'm in! I really just need to go to bed when I'm late night snacking/binging. I think I do it subconsciously to keep awake and have more time to myself. Bad idea. I fall asleep on the couch and am so tired the next morning. It's a vicious cycle and sets a bad example for my children.3

@emilysusana that's what I do with the cookies, I just finish them all and be done with them so that I don't have that awful temptation in my kitchen2
