Here is my week so far. Pretty good! Saturday was great! I will post Sunday tonight. I'm trying to get 8,000-10,000 steps a day. Weekends are easier for me to reach my goal.

Yesterday I walked 1.38 miles. I've been having lower back pain for a little over a week now, so I had to push through the pain. I plan to walk again today. Hopefully it'll be less painful than yesterday.3

It depends on what you are looking for in a device. I have a zip because I want a pedometer only and it's great! For me, it is more accurate if I wear it on my waistband instead of my bra.1 -

Not really recommendation, but it is preference. You can compare them and see what it is you are looking for. I have a fitbit charge HR, but only because I like seeing all the data it gives. If you just want a step counter, go for a cheaper one.

I agree, I have the Surge so I can see all the data, I find it helpful. I am looking at purchasing the Charge 2 as it would look better with my business suits and I could wear it during the day and switch to the Surge for my after work activities.2 -

I'm taking an imaginary Walk Across Texas: 857 miles down I-10, from the Louisiana border to El Paso. Since June 1st, I have walked 376.94 miles. Last stop: Kerrville, TX (mile 369). Next stop: Mountain Home, TX (mile 387).[/quote]

I decided on the zip ,however the steps are way off, the device claims I walked twice as many steps as I actually did darn1
