    Lol

My highest is 8 lbs over about 6 days. It takes so long for me to lose it. Kind of reduces the yumminess of the carb-y salty stuff for me.

Ate Chinese last Sunday, up six pounds on Monday, all gone by Thursday. I took a step back on that one. Definitely a record for me

I've been maintaining for the past month and since then my weight constantly fluctuates by about 4lbs up and down. I actually find this infuriating.

    I'm thinking

Doritos and chilli and red wine on Thursday
    Gym weds and Friday
    Ovulation

Still 5lbs ....messes with your head a little

Wine does it every time to me. Though usually 2 or 3 pounds.

I am up 3.4lbs this week, despite having a CICO calculation of -1.5lbs. The past few weeks have been strange for me. I follow a Keto lifestyle & exercise 5x a week. Nothing has changed. However, my steady loss has stopped dead (and even increased this week) and by my CICO calculations (which have been dead on accurate for 10 months), I am 'owed' over 7lbs from the past 4 weeks!

No treats, cheats or deviations in diet & exercise = Extremely Frustrating!!

Haha! I had a similar experience yesterday. I ate a huge portion of Yaki-Udon for lunch, and I was 5.5 lbs heavier when I went to bed last night than I was yesterday morning. Luckily, this morning I was within a pound of yesterday morning's weight.

I've gone up like 7 over night. I've also cut 8lbs over night (accidentally, for a power lifting meet).

Messes with your head even if you can pinpoint the reason. I got shot full of steroids last week and put on massive doses of anti-inflammatory drugs - I gained 10 lbs in 2 days! Not a comfortable feeling.

I went on a 6-day backpacking trip. Carried about 40 pounds of gear for 45 miles and 12,000 foot elevation gain.
Came back 10 pounds heavier...then dropped 15 pounds in the week after I got back.

Love my non actionable gains. I get fascinated by how much I can pee the day after.
Got to admit- it is usually whole weekend away with the girls, or vacations that take me ove a 5 lbs gain.
You have my respect @SueDonim B)

    Cheers, h.

Jumped up 6 lbs over night in the middle of October and I still can't figure out why that happened. Never have had that much of a jump for my period, which didn't come for two more weeks anyway (it was late), and I had already ovulated, no extra salt or carbs the days before... and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get back to where I was. I was starving for the week after the jump, also. Talk about frustrating. Thought I might have been pregnant, but no.

My dr told me there's no reason to check my hormones and therefore didn't run a panel when I had requested it. Currently changing drs, in case anyone was wondering.

My biggest jump was 4.2 pounds from one morning to the next. That day I had gone canoeing for the first time in months, so my muscles were probably retaining water, and I had a burger and fries, which is pretty rare.
